I Liked to share my perception that this taste so yummy and delicious not like other supplements in market like tablets or capsules. This has its own experience when you eat or chew this. After taking these for almost 2 weeks i got menstruation. I hadn’t had them all of January and now February was about to pass without them. I’m really pleased with these. The gummies taste soooo nice. Rather were too nice haha you elwant to keep having them but obviously just have them as recommended. Overall wonderful product and came quite quickly
